Returns & Refund Policy


John’s Antennas, a division of A-SAT Incorporated (“A-SAT Inc.”), wants customers to be satisfied with their purchases. The following policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from our websites may be returned.

This policy applies to products purchased through websites operated by A-SAT Inc., including but not limited to:

  • johnsantennas.com
  • ocalasatellite.com
  • internationalsatellite.com
  • ispdish.com
  • nationwidemobileinternet.com
  • FLDSign.com

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with all original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included
  • The item has not been installed, assembled, or modified

Items returned for credit may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, assembled, or unfolded
  • TV antennas that have been assembled or mounted
  • Items that are damaged due to improper installation
  • Electrical components that have been opened or unsealed
  • Special-order or custom products

Products must be in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of installation, outdoor exposure, or modification.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or subject to additional restocking fees.

To request a return authorization, please contact us before returning any merchandise.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item was sold with Free Ground Shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of the original shipment and the return shipping charges.

Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If a product is determined to be defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective item.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products.

Installation Disclaimer

John’s Antennas sells professional-grade equipment that may require installation. Once the product has been opened or used for installation, it is no longer returnable except for manufacturer defect.

Customers purchasing equipment for do-it-yourself installation assume all risks associated with installation.

Technical Support for Self-Installed Equipment

Products purchased for self-installation may require technical knowledge of antenna systems, signal distribution, grounding, and television configuration.

While John’s Antennas may provide general guidance when possible, technical support for equipment installed by the customer may be limited. Customers requesting troubleshooting assistance for self-installed systems may be subject to standard service charges if on-site service or extended diagnostic assistance is required.

Professional installation services are available for customers who prefer a fully installed and tested system.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by John’s Antennas are manufactured by third-party companies. Any applicable warranty is provided by the manufacturer.

Customers should refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for warranty coverage and claim procedures.


Service calls requested to diagnose self-installed equipment will be billed at our standard service rates.
