Are TV antennas allowed in The Villages?
In most situations, yes. The FCC’s Over-the-Air Reception Devices (OTARD) rule generally permits homeowners and renters to install TV antennas in areas they exclusively control, such as their home or private yard. Community guidelines may address appearance or placement but typically cannot prohibit properly installed antennas needed for reliable reception.
